  President Serzh Sargsyan attended the unveiling of the memorial dedicated to astrophysicist Victor Hambardzumian Today, President Serzh Sargsyan attended the unveiling of the memorial dedicated to the Armenia’s National Hero, world-famous astrophysicist Victor Hambardzumian. The memorial of the great scientist is located at the square between Abovian and Terian streets, next to the observatory. The event was organized by the commission established for the celebration of the centennial of Victor Hambardzumian.
