Today President Serzh Sarkissian presided over the sitting of the Governing Council of the Lincy Foundation.

Today President Serzh Sarkissian made a working tour of the construction sites in Yerevan funded by the Lincy Foundation.
He observed the works on the one of the major projects – Saralanji highway and traffic circle and was present at the opening of the tunnel connection. The very moment the connection is established, i.e. construction workers from the opposite sides of the tunnel meet and the tunnel is complete, is a historic moment for any tunnel building project.
