  By the decree of President Sargsyan, David Tonoyan and Mayor-General Vladimir Gasparian have been appointed to new positions in the RA Ministry of Defense Today, President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to appoint David Tonoyan First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia. With another decree, President Sargsyan appointed Mayor-General Vladimir Gasparian Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, relieving him of his duties as Head of Military Police of the RA Ministry of Defense.

  On the occasion of China’s National Holiday President Sargsyan visited the Embassy of China in Armenia On the occasion of China’s National Holiday – Republic’s Day, President Serzh Sargsyan visited today the Embassy of China in Armenia and congratulated the staff of the Embassy.
