Part of the creative heritage of the French-Armenian painter Zareh Mutafian now is in Armenia
Within the framework of the working visit of the President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan to France on July 27 this year, at the request of the historian and mathematician Claude-Armen Mutafian, son of the French-Armenian painter Zareh Mutafian, and with the assistance of the President of the Republic, more than 6 dozen works of art of various periods of the artist's creative heritage were transported to Armenia and transferred to the National Gallery.
With the assistance of the President Office, an exhibition of the collection will be held in the National Gallery of Armenia in the near future, then some of the works will be transferred to the regional branches of the gallery and other regional museums and exhibition halls.
