President Vahagn Khachaturyan receives Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan received RA Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan.

The Minister expressed gratitude for the reception and introduced to the President the general indicators of economic activity and development trends. During the meeting, the sides discussed the notable shifts in various sectors and areas of the country's economy, the prospects of introducing the latest methods and the state-of-the-art mechanisms of economic activity in the field of agriculture, and the work being implemented toward that end.

During the discussion, the interlocutors touched upon the increase of the volume of commodity turnover and the steps taken toward covering new foreign consumer markets. In this context, both sides emphasized the importance of efforts aimed at seeking new directions of export promotion and support to Armenian exporters in this matter.

Vahan Kerobyan also presented to President Vahagn Khachaturyan the details about the "Science and Business Days 2023" conference to be held in Yerevan on December 1-2 at the initiative of the Ministry.
