Newly appointed Ambassador of San Marino to Armenia Delfina Rossi presented her credentials to President Vahagn Khachaturyan

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of San Marino to Armenia Delfina Rossi (residence in Rome) presented her credentials to the President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan.

President Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated the Ambassador on her appointment and wished success in her responsible mission.

In his speech, President of the Republic of Armenia noted that the appointment of the Ambassador of San Marino to Armenia will be an impetus for the enhancement of relations between the two countries.

"Although diplomatic relations between our countries were established back in 2006, you are the first Ambassador of San Marino to Armenia, and I am hopeful that your appointment will contribute to strengthening the friendly relations and cooperation between our countries," the President noted.

Expressing gratitude for the reception, the newly appointed Ambassador noted, "I am delighted to be here, I grew to love Armenia very much and I will make efforts to develop the relations between our countries."

During the meeting, ideas were exchanged on the possibilities of cooperation in the fields of mutual interest.

The sides discussed issues regarding the exercise of the existing potential of cooperation between Armenia and San Marino in the fields of high technologies, tourism and economy.
