President Vahagn Khachaturyan will participate in the Qatar Economic Forum

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan will pay a working visit to the State of Qatar on May 23-25 in order to participate in the Qatar Economic Forum.

The third economic conference of Qatar entitled "The New Global Growth Story" is held under the auspices of the Emir of Qatar. The conference is dedicated to the pressing challenges facing the global economy as well as the development of a new road map for global growth in difficult economic setting.

Within the framework of the conference, President Vahagn Khachaturyan will have a meeting with the Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
During the visit, bilateral meetings of the President of the Republic of Armenia with representatives of a number of countries and international partner organizations are planned.

The President will also meet representatives of the Armenian community in Qatar.
