President Armen Sarkissian had today an unofficial meeting with the President-elect of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunian.

President Sarkissian once again congratulated Arayik Harutyunian on his election as President of Artsakh. The President of Armenia wished the President-elect of Artsakh every success and expressed confidence that he would continue to contribute all his abilities and vigor to ensure Artsakh’s security and development.

At the meeting discussed were programs aimed at the development of the Republic of Artsakh.
