President Armen Sarkissian had a phone conversation with the President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakian

President Armen Sarkissian had today a phone conversation with the President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakian.

President Sarkissian inquired about the ongoing process for the state – presidential and parliamentary, elections in Artsakh to be held on March 31, considering the fact that tomorrow is the last day for campaigning.

The President of Armenia expressed hope that just like during the previous elections, this time too, they would be free and fair, in line with the democratic and pre-election competition standards.

Armen Sarkissian and Bako Sahakian stressed the importance of maintaining stability and security of Artsakh which is the goal and duty for Armenia, Artsakh and entire Armenian nation.

President Sarkissian asked also about the works aimed at containing the spread of the coronavirus in Artsakh.
