President expressed confidence that the mutually beneficial Armenian-Egyptian cooperation will continue

Today, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Armenia Bahaa el-Bahgat Daisuki presented his credentials to President Armen Sarkissian.

Congratulating the Ambassador on the commencement of his diplomatic mission in our country, President Sarkissian expressed hope that he would use his rich experience and knowledge to further develop and deepen the cooperation of the two friendly states.

With regard to the Armenian-Egyptian relations, President Sarkissian said that they are based on the traditionally strong historical and cultural ties and expressed confidence that the mutually beneficial cooperation would continue.

The newly appointed Ambassador conveyed to the President of Armenia warm greetings and best wishes from the President of Egypt Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.
