President spoke on the phone with the Minister of State for Europe and the Americas of the United Kingdom

President Armen Sarkissian spoke today on the phone with the UK Minister of State for Europe and the Americas Alan Duncan.

The parties discussed domestic situation in Armenia. They stressed the importance of resolving the problem through a constructive dialogue, exclusively in the framework of the Constitution and the law.
