President received the member of the US House of Representatives Jim Costa

President Serzh Sargsyan received today the member of the US House of Representatives Jim Costa. The President of Armenia welcomed the guest and highly valued the visit of Congressman Costa to Armenia. The President underscored that in strengthening of the Armenian-US friendly relations the Armenia-US interparliamentary relations, which today are on a high level, play a special role.

The parties spoke about the Armenia-US agenda, including efforts aimed at boosting the economic relations and prospects of cooperation, discussed issues aimed at future, exchanged views on Armenia’s relations with the countries of the region, and the NK peace process.

President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and Congressman Jim Costa concurred that currently the Armenian-American relations are on the highest level in the history of the relations and that the political dialogue of the two countries is constant and efficient.
