President awarded the television journalist Vladimir Solovyev with the Order of Honor

President Serzh Sargsyan received today the well-known Russian television journalist, publicist and public figure Vladimir Solovyev.

Highly valuing great personal contribution of Vladimir Solovyev to the development and strengthening of the Armenian-Russian friendship, the President awarded him with the Order of Honor.

Vladimir Solovyev accepted the RA high state award with gratitude and noted that he was very proud for being distinguished in such way.

At the meeting, the parties spoke also about the dynamically developing strategic partnership between Armenia and Russia, steps aimed at further strengthening of the relations, including the Interregional Forum which took place recently in the framework of the state visit of the RF President Vladimir Putin to Armenia which, according to the interlocutors, opens new prospects for furthering relations between the two friendly peoples, for the deepening and expansion of cooperation between Armenia and Russia.
