At the Presidential Palace were hosted large families residing in Yerevan
On the occasion of New Year and Holy Christmas holidays, President Serzh Sargsyan and Mrs. Rita Sargsyan today at the Presidential Palace hosted over three dozen of large families residing in Yerevan.
President and Mrs. Sargsyan congratulated them on the upcoming holidays and wished them all the best. The President of Armenia underscored that any problem is solvable if there are mutual affection and respect in the family. “These children are our independence generation. Recently, we have celebrated in a stately manner the 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence. I have no doubt, moreover, I am confident that we will hand over to these children a more prosperous, stronger statehood because each generation has to fulfill its mission, solve its problems, so that subsequent generation builds up on the existing basis because nothing can be built if there is no solid foundation. I am also confident that in 15-20 years, many of those gathered here today will become high state officials, military commanders, diplomats, teachers, doctors, great professionals who will be able to inspire their fellow citizens with hope and faith, enroot kindness because kindness and solidarity can solve any problem,” President Sargsyan said.
