President Serzh Sargsyan received the Head of the OSCE office in Yerevan Sergei Kapinos
President Serzh Sargsyan received today the Head of the OSCE office in Yerevan Sergei Kapinos, who is concluding his mission in Armenia.
President thanked Sergei Kapinos for his active work and cooperation throughout his tenure in office. The President of Armenia stressed the importance of various programs implemented in Armenia by the OSCE office in different areas which, according to him, have considerably assisted the Armenian Government in the implementation of its programs and the process of reforms.
The Head of the OSCE Office in Yerevan thanked the President of Armenia for the assistance provided to him during his term and political will manifested in the implementation of the programs and reforms in the areas of state governance, environment, education, police, defense and others.
President Serzh Sargsyan awarded Sergei Kapinos with the Mkhitar Gosh medal for his active participation to the dissemination and strengthening in Armenia of the OSCE principles and values.
