President Serzh Sargsyan received the President of the Dutch National Bank
President Serzh Sargsyan received today the President of the Dutch National Bank, Nout Wellink.
The President of Armenia hailed our country’s cooperation with the Kingdom of Netherlands, and stressed the importance of 41 million Euro loan provided by the government of Netherlands as assistance to Armenia in 1996-2010, and mentioned efficient cooperation established between the Dutch National Bank and the Central Bank of Armenia. According to Serzh Sargsyan, the Netherlands, which have been chairing the IMF and World Bank subgroup for the last 18 years, have accomplished significant work. Armenia, as a member of the group, has been cooperating efficiently not only with the chairman country but also with the other members of the group.
President of the Dutch National Bank, Nout Wellink noted that he recalls warmly his first visit to Armenia in 2007 which was very successful for developing cooperation with our country. He also spoke with satisfaction about cooperation with Armenia in the framework of IMF/WB Dutch subgroup and stressed that it has always been excellent.
