President Serzh Sargsyan attended the official opening of the second annual industrial exposition “Expo Armenia-Russia. 2010”
Today, President Serzh Sargsyan attended the official opening of the second annual industrial exposition “Expo Armenia-Russia. 2010” which is aimed at the development of mutually beneficial scientific, technical, cultural, economic and trade cooperation between Armenia and the Russian Federation and fostering bilateral business ties and investments.
At the exhibition, which is conducted under the “2010 – Year of Science and Innovations in the CIS” heading, President Serzh Sargsyan toured the pavilions and familiarized with new technologies in energy, including atomic energy, machinery building, transport, communications and telecommunications, construction, chemical production and other areas.
At the Yerevan Expo along with a number of Armenian companies seventy companies from eighteen regions of the Russian Federation presented their production. Marzes of the Republic of Armenia are also represented at the Expo.
