By the decree of President Sargsyan, David Tonoyan and Mayor-General Vladimir Gasparian have been appointed to new positions in the RA Ministry of Defense

Today, President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to appoint David Tonoyan First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

With another decree, President Sargsyan appointed Mayor-General Vladimir Gasparian Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, relieving him of his duties as Head of Military Police of the RA Ministry of Defense.
