President Sargsyan handed the awards on the occasion of the Republic Day
By the May 24 degree of President Sargsyan on the occasion of the Republic Day a group of representatives from the science, arts, medicine, journalism, sport and other areas were decorated with state awards and titles.
Today, President Serzh Sargsyan handed the awards, congratulated with the Republic Day and on the occasion of their nomination for high state awards.
“The Republic Day is an excellent occasion to highlight work of the deserving sons and daughters of our nation, to recognize those who on their working places have been serving our society, the entire Armenian nation and our Motherland diligently, with dedication, and exceptional professional skills,” President Sargsyan said.
President Sargsyan expressed confidence that their example will make thousands of young men and women understand what’s right in life, what people should become role models, and how to live their lives. “I thank you not only for your work but also for being role models for our society. I wish you all happiness and new achievements in your work,” President Sargsyan concluded.
