President Serzh Sargsyan visited the Tsitsernakaberd to pay tribute to the memory of the victims of Mets Eghern
This morning, President Serzh Sargsyan visited the Tsitsernakaberd to pay tribute to the memory of the victims of Mets Eghern and laid a wreath at the memorial.
President Sargsyan visited also the Scientific Research Center and Museum of the Genocide, where he observed the new exhibition of the publications in foreign media related to the Genocide and documentary photographs.
The publications were based not only on the testimonies of the survivors but also on the testimonies of the foreign diplomats, missionaries, journalists, and travelers, and other individuals who witnessed the crime of Genocide.
The materials published in foreign press provide important information about the course and consequences of the Genocide and at the same time present indirect proof of the verity of the Armenian Genocide.
