The newly appointed Ambassador of Nigeria presented his credentials to President Serzh Sargsyan
Today, the newly appointed Ambassador of Nigeria to Armenia Mohammadu M. Abubakar Chikan (residence in Tehran) presented his credentials to President Serzh Sargsyan.
The President of Armenia congratulated the Ambassador on his nomination and expressed confidence that his appointment would commence the development of the Armenian-Nigerian relations.
Serzh Sargsyan noted that it is necessary for the two countries to exchange diverse information to single out the possible areas of cooperation. He also stressed the importance of creating legal field for cooperation.
During the meeting, the two sides spoke about the issues related to a closer cooperation in the international organizations and in the UN in particular.
