President Serzh Sarkissian received the Chairman of VTB Bank company
Today President Serzh Sarkissian received the Chairman of VTB Bank company, Andrei Kostin.
The President of Armenia hailed activities of the Bank in our country and noted that currently existing projects create new opportunities for the expansion of cooperation.
Speaking about the forthcoming development programs of the Bank, Andrei Kostin said that VTB considers Armenia a country with one of the most stable and perspective investment climates and thus, intends to implement a number of mutually beneficially investment projects in a number of areas. The Chairman of VTB Bank spoke with satisfaction about the success of the Bank in our country.
Speaking about the loan program for the development of the Teghut copper and molybdenum mine and the agreement signed with the Teghut Company regarding the program, Andrei Kostin mentioned it as an important step in the process of expanding Bank’s activities in Armenia. He also informed that this is the largest loan project implemented by the Bank in the CIS countries.
