President Vahagn Khachaturyan's working visit to French Republic

On a working visit to Paris, President Vahagn Khachaturyan participated in the first "Sport for Sustainable Development " (#Sport4SD) summit held on the eve of the Olympic Games Paris 2024.

One of the goals of the summit organized by the initiative of France and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) is to promote the contribution of sport to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.

Within the framework of the working visit to Paris, President Vahagn Khachaturyan attended the opening of the "Olympic House of Armenia" and met with members of the Armenian Olympic team.

The President of the Republic welcomed the athletes representing Armenia and wished them success at the upcoming Olympic Games. The President expressed confidence that the Olympic team will uphold the sports honor of the country and give many joyful moments to both the fans and the entire people of Armenia.

"Olympic House of Armenia" will function throughout the Olympic Games and will become a center for fans, giving them the opportunity to enjoy watching Olympic tournaments together and meet with athletes.
