Working visit of President Serzh Sargsyan to the Russian Federation

President Serzh Sargsyan, who is in Moscow on a working visit, on 19 March participated at the session of the Eurasian Economic Community (EvrAzEs) Interstate Council. The session was attended by the Presidents of the EvrAzEs member states – Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan as well as the Presidents of the observer states – Armenia, Ukraine and Moldova.

Discussions were aimed at the restructuring of the EvrAzEs institutions and enhancement of their efficiency, as well as further development of the integration processes in the Eurasian economic area.

Tonight, President Serzh Sargsyan participated at the official reception invited by the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev for the Heads of State participating at the session of the EvrAzEs Interstate Council.
