Serzh Sargsyan met in Tsakhkadzor with the representatives of the female members of the RPA

The President of the Republic of Armenia, Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Serzh Sargsyan met today in Tsakhkadzor with the representatives of the female members of the RPA. The meeting took place in the framework of the seminar organized by the Women’s Council of the RPA on the eve of the Party Convention.

At this annual meeting, which has already become a tradition, the female members of the Party recap the works conducted in the last year and during the meeting with the Chairman of the Party present the results of these works, discuss current activities and future plans.

At today’s meeting, the female Party members asked the President to present his views and approaches on a number of important current issues. The questions were related to the country’s internal life, the upcoming parliamentary elections, a greater involvement of women in the works of the legislative body after changes to be made at the RA Electoral Code, as well as to Armenia’s foreign policy and regional challenges.
