President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, on the occasion of the country’s national holiday – Statehood Day.

“I highly value the level of political dialogue between Armenia and Montenegro.
I attach importance to the consistent development and deepening of cooperation both bilaterally and multilaterally for the benefit of our peoples,” the message reads in particular.
