President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Republic of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs, on the occasion of Latvia’s Independence Day.

“Armenia highly values the current positive dynamics of high-level political dialogue with Latvia and the continued development and expansion of sectoral cooperation.

We are ready to take further steps to enrich the bilateral agenda with new programs and initiatives,” the message reads.
