President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam on the National holiday-Independence Day.

"It should be noted with satisfaction that warm relations have developed between Armenia and Vietnam, which are a good basis for new prospects for expanding cooperation.
I am confident that in the future we will further deepen effective partnership in areas of mutual interest for the benefit of our peoples," the message reads.
