President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to Grand Duke Henry of Luxembourg on the National holiday.

"I highly appreciate the close relations between Armenia and Luxembourg, based on mutual respect and trust.

I am confident that through joint efforts we will deepen cooperation between our countries in all spheres of mutual interest for the benefit of our peoples," reads the message of President Khachaturyan.
