President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to President of Russia Vladimir Putin

President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on Russia Day.

"I am confident that the friendly relations established between our nations and developed over the centuries are a solid foundation for Armenian-Russian cooperation and the expansion of interstate relations. I wish You, dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, health and well-being, and happiness and prosperity to the fraternal people of Russia," reads the message of President Khachaturyan in particular.
