President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Republic of the Philippines Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr. on the 125th anniversary of the country's national holiday - Independence Day.

President Khachaturyan's message reads: "Friendly relations between Armenia and the Philippines have always been rooted in mutual respect and trust. Furthermore, the required prerequisites for the further development of bilateral relations are in place.

I am hopeful that with joint efforts we will contribute to further strengthening and enhancing the cooperation between our countries for the benefit of our peoples."
