The President of the Swiss Confederation Guy Parmelin sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Republic Armen Sarkissiam on the Independence Day.

The congratulatory message says in particular:

"On behalf of the Federal Council and the people of Switzerland, I extend my sincere congratulations on the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia.

This important anniversary reminds us that good relations based on trust between our two countries help us face international challenges together. In this context, Switzerland continues to be a reliable partner in the reform process in Armenia.
