President Armen Sarkissian congratulated the President of Vietnam on the country's Independence Day

President of the Republic Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Nguyen Xuan Phuk on the country's Independence Day.

President Armen Sarkissian's message particularly says:

"During the years, warm relations have established between Armenia and Vietnam, and there is mutually beneficial cooperation in the spheres of common interest.

Armenia is ready to supplement the cooperation with Vietnam by new programs and initiatives for the benefit of our peoples."
