President Serzh Sargsyan receives congratulatory messages on 23rd anniversary of Armenian independence

On the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of Armenian independence President Serzh Sargsyan is receiving congratulatory messages from heads of foreign states, representatives of international organizations, state and social sectors, clergymen and individuals.

President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation has sent a congratulatory message to President Serzh Sargsyan on the occasion of the holiday.

The message particularly reads:

Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the national holiday of the Republic of Armenia, Independence Day.

The Russian-Armenian relations based on friendship, mutual respect and ago-old traditions of cultural similarities are successfully developing in the spirit of strategic partnership. President Barack Obama of the United States of America has sent a congratulatory message to President Serzh Sargsyan on the occasion of RA Independence Day.

President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China has sent a congratulatory message to President Serzh Sargsyan on the occasion of Independence Day.
