President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a telegram of condolences to the President of the Republic of Iraq, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid:

“I was deeply saddened to learn about the massive fire broken out in one of Iraq’s commercial centers, resulting in numerous innocent casualties.

I extend my sincere condolences and solidarity to You and the friendly people of Iraq, wishing strength and resilience to the families and relatives of the victims, and a speedy recovery to the injured,” the message reads.
