President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a condolence letter to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

The letter says:

“Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, with deep grief I learnt about the terrible terrorist attack in Moscow which killed dozens of innocent people.

Any manifestation of terrorism is certainly unacceptable and reprehensible.

I convey sincere words of condolences to you and the people of Russia, my support to the families and relatives of the victims, and a speedy recovery to the injured."
