President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a message of condolences to the President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jiping on the death of the 5th President of China Jiang Zemin.

The message says:

“Under the leadership of President Jiang Zemin, China achieved significant progress in both domestic and foreign policy areas. I believe that his good name and blessed memory will always remain bright in everyone's hearts.

I express my deep condolences and support to you and the friendly people of China, as well as the family and relatives of the President, wishing you all endurance and patience.”
