  EU Eastern Partnership Summit kicks off in Brussels The EU Eastern Partnership Summit kicked off in Brussels. Before the Summit had started, the participants were welcomed by European Council President Donald Tusk, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker and Prime Minister Yuri Ratas of Estonia, which holds the chairmanship of the Council of Europe.
