  The welcoming ceremony for President of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs, took place at the Presidential Residence The official welcoming ceremony was held today at the Residence of the President of the Republic for Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs, who arrived in Armenia on an official visit. President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan welcomed his counterpart. The national anthems of Armenia and Latvia were performed by the military orchestra. The presidents then introduced the official delegations of the two countries to one another.
