President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan visited Goris

On August 23, President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan visited the town of Goris in the Syunik region.

In Goris, the President first visited the Aksel Bakunts House-Museum, after which, accompanied by the Mayor of Goris, Arush Arushanyan, he toured the city. The President was introduced on-site to the construction and street improvement works being carried out by the municipality.

During the tour, Vahagn Khachaturyan spoke with the residents of Goris, addressed their concerns, and discussed the existing issues of the region as well as the reforms implemented in recent years. The President of the Republic also touched upon a number of issues on the national agenda.
