Newly appointed Ambassador of Spain to Armenia presented his credentials to President Vahagn Khachaturyan
The newly appointed Ambassador of Spain to Armenia, Ricardo Martínez Vázquez, presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan.
Congratulating the Ambassador on his appointment, the President wished him a productive tenure and expressed hope that his efforts would significantly contribute to strengthening bilateral relations and enriching the agenda between the two countries.
“Armenia and Spain have substantial potential for multifaceted cooperation in spheres such as economy, culture, education, and which can be realized through joint efforts,” noted the President.
The newly appointed Ambassador expressed gratitude for the reception and emphasized that his main missions is to enhance collaboration between Armenia and Spain in various areas.
Over the course of the meeting, both sides underscored the importance of advancing intergovernmental and parliamentary cooperation in different formats and maintaining high-level political dialogue.
They also positively noted the effective cooperation between the two countries both bilaterally and within the framework of the European Union.
The discussion highlighted the importance of expanding cooperation in spheres such as the economy, agriculture, business, space exploration, and education and culture.
