President Vahagn Khachaturyan paid a working visit to Colombia

President of the Republic, Vahagn Khachaturyan, is on a working visit to Colombia from October 29 to 31 to participate in the 16th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (COP16) in 2024.

During the conference, the President will deliver a speech, hold meetings with the President of Colombia and representatives from the top leadership of the partner countries.

The conference, part of the UN Convention on Biological Diversity, is being held from October 21 to November 1, 2024, in Santiago de Cali, Colombia. Its aim is to take steps to address the interconnected crises of climate change and biodiversity loss.
