Within the framework of the International Forum of Heads of State and Government in Ashgabat titled "Interrelation of Times and Civilizations – Basis of Peace and Development," dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi, President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan held brief talks with President of the National Assembly of Turkey Numan Kurtulmus, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Russia Vladimir Putin, President of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian, President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov, as well as with the heads of state and official delegations. 

Issues related to global and regional realities and events were discussed.
