President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan received RA Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan.

Over the course of the meeting, issues regarding the ongoing movements and reforms in the financial system of Armenia were discussed. The Minister of Finance presented details of the 2025 budget to the President of the Republic and highlighted the main features of the upcoming year's budget.

In his speech, the minister, in particular, stressed that the budget for 2025 will be aimed at strengthening defense and security systems, which is also the priority of the government's activities.

The President of the Republic positively assessed and stressed the importance of taking comprehensive steps towards solving security problems, which, first of all, should also be reflected in the draft annual budget.

During the conversation, the sides exchanged views took on the problems existing in the financial and economic system of the country and the steps taken to solve them.
