President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan held a farewell meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Sierra Leone to Armenia Alie Badara Kamara.

The President of the Republic thanked the Ambassador for the work done during the diplomatic mission and wished him success in his future activities.

Expressing gratitude for the reception, the Ambassador stressed the importance of the contribution of efforts aimed at unlocking the existing potential of cooperation between the two countries, in particular in the field of economics.

Over the course of the meeting, issues related to the expansion of cooperation between Armenia and Sierra Leone were discussed.

In his speech, the President of the Republic noted that Armenia has been stimulating relations in recent years, looking for new ways of cooperation with African countries.

The sides exchanged views on regional realities, mutually emphasizing the importance of establishing a stable and lasting peace.
