On June 11, President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan visited the settlements affected by the natural disaster in the Lori region.

Accompanied by Gnel Sanosyan, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures, Aram Ghazaryan, the Governor of the Lori region, David Ghumashyan, the head of the Alaverdi community, the President visited the settlements affected by floods and got informed about the ongoing restoration process.

The President talked with residents and representatives of private companies affected by the flood, asked about their needs and problems.

The President also visited Akhtala, where a temporarily built bridge made of metal constructions was presented, which allowed to restore communication with 6 settlements.
