President Vahagn Khachaturyan visited the National Library

President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan visited the National Library of Armenia on the occasion of the "Book Donation Day".

The President toured the library units, got acquainted with the work done recently and the technical re-equipment of the library.

Accompanied by Anna Chulyan, the director of the library, President Khachaturyan got acquainted with the digitized and untouched funds of the library, the conditions of storage of books and existing problems.

On the occasion of the "Book Donation Day", at the initiative of the President Office, newly published literature samples were donated to 15 community, 10 regional libraries and the National Library in order to enrich and renew the funds.
