President Vahagn Khachaturyan met with the Director of Solidaire fund, Enrique Piñeyro

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan met with Enrique Piñeyro, Founding Director of the Argentine Solidaire fund, pilot and producer, at the residence of the President.

Enrique Piñeyro arrived in Armenia in his own Boeing 787 aircraft, bringing the humanitarian aid provided by the Argentine government and the Armenian community for the displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh.

The President welcomed the guest and thanked the Argentine philanthropist for his initiative and noted that such initiatives deserve the highest accolades.

"I firmly believe that your action is yet another manifestation of friendship between the peoples of Armenia and Argentina and will be highly valued by our compatriots," Vahagn Khachaturyan noted.

Enrique Piñeyro expressed gratitude for the reception and emphasized that the mission of the Solidaire fund that he founded is charity and humanitarian support to people in need.

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues related to Armenian-Argentine friendship and cooperation in the best traditions.

During the conversation, the interlocutors touched upon the humanitarian issues of displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh.

Both sides underscored that humanitarian missions and initiatives are beyond borders and nationality.
