The annual session of the Board of Trustees of Hayastan All Armenian Fund was held chaired by the President of the Republic of Armenia, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees Vahagn Khachaturyan.
The session commenced with the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Nathan Hovhannisyan.
In his opening remarks, President Vahagn Khachaturyan noted,
"I am delighted to welcome the participants of the Hayastan All Armenian Fund Board of Trustees session and our compatriots from various corners of the world.
Following our previous meeting, many large-scale projects have been implemented by the Fund during one year some of which will be completed within this year.
As in 2022, the priorities and issues on the agenda set forth by the Fund are in line with the post-war realities of 2020 and are aimed at accounting for the problems of our compatriots under the current situation and finding solutions in crisis situations.
The Fund’s activities are aligned with its all-Armenian mission and aim to contribute to addressing the challenges facing our country and forming an advantageous environment for our compatriots to live and create. To attain these priority goals, the unique organizational setup and network of the All Armenian Fund allows us to find the most efficient and flexible solutions.
At the same time, the Fund adheres to the principles of transparency and accountability, this being is an important prerequisite for an atmosphere of mutual trust and constructive work.
From this perspective, I deem it necessary to underscore that the all-Armenian inclusive nature of the Fund itself is in opposition to any political influence, preference or tendency, therefore we, the attendees, must spare no effort to keep the Fund's activities free from any political speculation or distrust.
Dear attendees,
To sum up, I also wish to thank our donors, the Fund's network and staff for their selfless and tireless work.
I wish all of us constructive discussions and productive work."
Executive Director of the Fund Haykak Arshamyan presented the report on the activities of Hayastan All Armenian Fund in 2022.
