President Vahagn Khachaturyan received the delegation of the Chairman of the Sharjah Heritage Institute Abdulaziz Almusallam

Today, President Vahagn Khachaturyan received the delegation led by the Chairman of the Sharjah Heritage Institute Abdulaziz Almusallam.

The President welcomed the guests and expressed his high appreciation for the work of the Sharjah Heritage Institute. Vahagn Khachaturyan highlighted that Armenia attaches great importance to preserving and raising recognition of historical and cultural heritage and is eager to cooperate with the Sharjah Heritage Institute more actively.

Expressing his gratitude for the reception, Abdulaziz Almusallam noted that he considers cooperation with Armenia very important, and presented the abundant cultural heritage that our country is rich with. On behalf of the Governor of Sharjah, he invited President Khachaturyan to participate in the annual festival "Sharjah Heritage Days", planned for next spring.

“Sharjah Heritage Days” cultural festival, which has been held since 2003, is considered to be one of the most well-known events and is organized within the framework of UNESCO World Heritage Days.
